Respondent will submit an AV solution design meeting the project requirements: • Full design drawing(s) and equipment specifications (detailed description of the equipment configuration); • Anticipated timelines for procurement, delivery and preparation of the equipment for installation; • A project installation plan and schedule; and • A testing and training plan and schedule. • Special focus on ease of user interface. Equipment should be intuitive and operated without oversight of ROC IT staff. B. PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY • The selected Respondent will procure the AV equipment and material required for the proposed AV Solution; • The selected Respondent will procure the AV equipment and assure that all parts, licenses and equipment are delivered in working order; • All equipment and licenses will be registered to the Monroe County Airport Authority as the owner; • All equipment will come with a minimum one (1) year warranty; and • All procurement, delivery, shipping, travel and related expenses should be included in the proposed project cost. C. CONFIGURATION AND SITE PREPARATION Selected Respondent will configure the equipment and prepare it for installation. Prior to installation, the selected Respondent will review and schedule the installation with Authority staff and identify the level of support required from Authority staff. D. INSTALLATION Authority staff will coordinate with the selected Respondent on the installation. • The selected Respondent will schedule project meetings to review project details and timeline; • The selected Respondent will supply experienced, certified AV engineers as part of the configuration and installation; • All work will be performed in a clean, professional manner; and 8 • The selected Respondent will perform any clean up needed as a result of installation.
