A bid amendment can be made prior to the bid opening addressing all outstanding issues If during the term of this agreement there is a reoccurrence of COVID-19 whereby the services of the winning vendor or the operator are not needed or cannot be utilized, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the University may suspend the term of this agreement upon fifteen (15) days’ prior written notice to the winning vendor and within 30 days, receive a full refund on the deposit paid to hold the plane.
