The selected Architectural & Engineering firm shall be able to proficiently supply the following professional services: • Provide pre-referendum services if requested including a comprehensive study to determine appropriate • A conceptual plan (including design concepts and supporting documentation) for facilities improvements which incorporate 21rst century learning • Cost estimates • Updated building condition survey • Preparation of pre bond materials in support of plan if requested • Formal presentations to a variety of stakeholders including, but not limited to, Board of Education, Community, Parents, Staff etc. • Provide complete & accurate architectural & engineering services from conception of a project to completion of the project through an issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy by SED • Prepare phasing plan for construction • Prepare & Submit final plans & specifications to NYSED for review and approval • Prepare bid packages as needed • Review and submittals from Contractors • Evaluate proposed change orders • Notify District and Contractor in writing of faulty constructions; delays, defects or deficiencies • Participate in conflict resolution • Assure project(s) are completed timely • Keep the project within budget • Assist the District with all aspects of construction • Submit all final paperwork to SED • Ensures punch list items are completed
