Specifications include, but are not limited to:Storage Two 175-gallon bulk storage tanks are required in each the Albany Division for antifreeze and a separate one for windshield washer fluid. Schenectady and Troy Divisions will each require one bulk storage tank. These tanks are to be topped off during the weekly scheduled delivery and CDTA will be billed only for actual gallons delivered. It is the responsibility of the vendor to empty waste tanks regularly. All waste removal must be performed by companies certified for such work and properly recycled and/or disposed of in compliance with current state, local and federal regulations. If tanks become too full and CDTA needs to a call in a vendor to empty tanks it will be billed to the vendor assigned the antifreeze contract
