1. Systems Covered A. RGRTA has three (3) Aircuity Sensor Suites (SST) systems including: 1. Three (3) CO2 sensors (type CO2-2A) 2. Three (3) MOS+PID TVOC sensors (type TVC1&2) 3. Three (3) particle sensors (type PAR-1) 4. Three (3) CO sensors (type COM-1) Detailed Specifications 2. Hardware Assurance A. In the event of failure or end-of-life, Vendor will provide a replacement for the following components: 1. Vacuum pumps 2. Sensor Suite installed sensors: CO, CO₂, Dew Point, Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC), Particulates 3. Information Management System (IMS) 4. Sensor Suites (SSTs) 5. Air Data Routers (ADRs) 3. Sensor Assurance A. Vendor shall include Sensor Assurance services to include: 1. Two (2) standard sensor replacements per year with compliant, calibrated sensors 2. Retention of the last installed sensors (by RGRTA) at contract end 3. Biannual shipment of freshly calibrated sensors to a certified technician for installation 4. Proper return of used sensors in provided packaging 5. Sensor installation instructions 4. Remote Monitoring A. An active internet connection is maintained at the RTS Transit Center. Vendor shall provide comprehensive remote monitoring services for the Aircuity system, including: 1. Information Management System (IMS) Communication status a. Report IMSs which have not communicated any data for 24 hours. 2. Sensor Suite (SST) Communication status a. Report SSTs which have not communicated any data for 24 hours. 3. Air Data Router (ADR) Communication status a. Report ADRs which have not communicated any data for 24 hours. 4. Sensor Communication status a. Report Sensors which have not communicated any data for 24 hours. 5. Sensor failure a. Report sensors operating outside of the manufacturer’s spec for at least 24 hours, indicating failure. 6. Pump failure a. Report pumps not providing the appropriate level of vacuum pressure for more than 12 hours.
