Statement of Work. The Consultant shall assist OSC with developing, implementing, and maintaining an Acquia/Drupal CMS. Among the Consultant’s duties and responsibilities, the Consultant shall: 1. Configure the agency tenant Acquia/Drupal solution, including data, display, and information architecture; 2. Deliver web solutions, including front-end User Interface (UI) and backend services; 3. Select and implement custom modules as necessary; 4. Work closely with project team members and stakeholders to ensure an effective, visually appealing and intuitive implementation; 5. Maintain and enhance a responsive website that meets Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility guidelines; 6. Analyze functional requirements and develop technical requirements; 7. Apply appropriate technology as a solution to the business problem; 8. Assist other team members in the creation of design documents and other related system documentation, and review and approve final technical design; 9. Assign development tasks to team members and assist as needed; 10. Provide CMS coding specifications and standards, and validate code against those standards; 11. Conduct code reviews and recommend changes; 12. Conduct on-the-job training in PHP/CMS implementation for staff; 13. Provide solution evaluation for new features, patches or bug fixes; 14. Provide production maintenance and support, including troubleshooting; 15. Provide knowledge transfer to staff; and 16. Provide post-implementation maintenance and support.
