Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Remove hazardous materials indicated and in manner outlined in drawings and technical specifications. - Remove existing fixtures, finishes, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarms systems in areas of work in buildings indicated. - Furnish and install new fixtures, finishes, equipment, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems as indicated on drawings and technical specifications. - Restore adjacent surfaces impacted by demolition and construction work back to original condition; All construction must be done during school breaks beginning winter 2022. The bulk of the work will occur during summer 2023 and summer 2024. No work may be performed during academic periods. The contractor will need to secure all the spaces between breaks if the work is not completed. It’s the contractor’s responsibility to maintain and keep the site secured and safe for occupants when school is in session.
