Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Definition The College is in search of a scalable and automated employment applications and life cycle management solution which will interface with the College ERP and web applications and will help assist in recruitment goals while efficiently performing Human Resources and Payroll functions. Currently, HR utilizes an automated applicant tracking system which is limited to posting positions and requiring applications for employment to be submitted on-line. There are several individuals in HR that utilize the system on a daily basis including the director, assistant to the director and several other recruitment and on-boarding support personnel. This project would expand accessibility in position requisitioning, position posting, interviewing and hiring to include management and supervisory personnel and their designees throughout the college and focus on improving the following processes: Enterprise Needs and Information Systems Requirements Core HR Employee and Manager Self Service Applicant Tracking, Recruitment and Staffing Management Performance Management Compensation Training & Development Employee Relations and Labor Management Government Compliance and Reporting Absence Management Benefits Management Payroll Time and Attendance Retiree Management Records Retention, Records Management and Employee History
