Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Town of Esperance is interested in procuring the services of an architectural/engineering firm to perform an analysis of feasible options and all preliminary and final design plans and specifications for the construction; assist in the necessary environmental review; assist with the review and development of final plans, bidding and construction oversight; assist with the identification of funding sources, and conduct all necessary due diligence if the project is successful in being funded under NYRCR Program. The procedures for the selection of this firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirements of the Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”) funds from the New York State Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (“GOSR”), NY Rising in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system, which is identified in the Request for Qualifications package. That package also identifies the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. The Town of Esperance will award the contract to the respondent obtaining the highest score in the evaluation process
