This agreement provides for Bridge Design Services to perform accelerated structural design work to address emergency bridge, large culvert, or overhead sign structures conditions and flag repairs and support the Department in getting flags removed. This project will address the corrective maintenance of bridge elements whose condition contributes negatively on the overall condition of the bridge. This project may include bridge replacements or major structural rehabilitations. Where feasible, the project will also improve ride-ability of bridges decks and approaches. The scope of services shall consist of all work necessary to provide repair details to remove an existing flag and/or improve the bridge’s overall condition rating.
