The purpose of this RFP is to provide the Buffalo Public Schools (BPS) with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within the district ‘s classrooms for students who have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Services are to include 1:1 paraprofessional support or 1:1 supervisor support for students in the BPS classroom during the school day. Organizations/agencies will be required to provide staff members who are Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Behavior Technicians, conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, and implement Applied Behavior Analysis training within the school building. The organization must have a local site-based program to provide programming to students as needed by the district. Additionally, the organization/agency must adhere to BPS policies and procedures.
