This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY.
This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quotation (RFQ); it is strictly a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP or as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition. Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly.
SCOPE OF WORK
The U.S. Government currently intends to award a service contract for the creation of a threatcasting report, which is to be conducted and utilized for purposes of the United States Military Academy.
The U.S. Government is canvassing potential sources to create, design, and layout a threatcasting report, to support research of the Army Cyber Institute at the United States Military Academy. The Army Cyber Institute is supporting Army, DoD, and NATO research regarding future operating environments and threats. A quality report is needed to present their findings. Services to be provided include a complete printer-ready report based on the provided written content. In consultation with the Army Cyber Institute personnel, the key services include:
- Creative direction, graphic design, and project management for the report.
- Lay-out and design of the Report, to include a complete, low-resolution file, suitable for emailing and online viewing.
- Provide tone and writing style edits, to include edits for clarity, correctness, grammar, and appropriate citation style guide.
- Provide appendices of the Report.
The NAICS code is 561410, Document Preparation Services. The PSC is T013, PHOTO/MAP/PRINT/PUBLICATION- Technical Writing.
All responsible sources must submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
