Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor will review all paths of travel within the ECMCC campus (462 Grider St., Buffalo, NY) and complete a review of existing access control points (electronic card readers, barriers, corridors). The vendor, working in conjunction with the ECMCC Director of Safety & Security will assess requirements for securing non-public areas of the facility. Recommendations should include the re-use existing devices and systems where possible and make recommendations on if whether the existing installation should be improved. Recommendations should include implementation of new electronic access control devices, if necessary. Recommendations should include construction of new barriers (doors, pathways), if necessary. All proposed work must comply with New York State building codes and applicable federal, state and local codes.
