Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules, it is the intent of the New York City Police Department (“NYPD”) to enter into sole source negotiations with Intergraph Corporation Trade Name Hexagon Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial Division (“Hexagon”) with the expectation that Intergraph Corporation will be awarded a contract with the NYPD to provide maintenance and support services as well as upgrades and enhancements for the NYPD’s existing 911 Computer Aided Dispatch System ("CAD"). The services will include upgrades and enhancements to the existing hardware, OS, software and replacement of end-of-life hardware at the City of New York Public Safety Answering Center at 11 MetroTech Center Brooklyn (PSAC1) and at 350 Marconi Street Bronx (PSAC2) currently in use by the NYPD to facilitate 911 calls for assistance and the dispatching of Police, Fire and Ambulance.
