Demolition LA 01 Perform all necessary dust and debris management procedures to protect building occupants and their possessions from all dust and debris on the duration of construction work per apartment unit. Each 146 Disposal LA 02 Provide and install grass sod, gravel, mulch, or similar material, to cover bare soil. Sq Ft. 1 $0.00 LA 03 Remove the top 2-6 inches of lead-contaminated soil, disposing of it in accordance with federal and state regulation standards; and replace with new clean soil. Sq Ft. 1 $0.00 LA 04 Remove contaminated soil and install permanent concrete or asphalt covering as per HUD guidelines chapter 12. Sq Ft. 1 $0.00 Sheathing LA 05 Remove existing and install new underlayment to receive new VCT. All work includes new VCT.
