Such notice, when served on the Contractor or his/her representative at the site of the work, shall be deemed sufficient for the purpose aforesaid. If the Contractor fails or refuses to comply promptly, the Contracting Officer may issue an order stopping all and any part of the work, and hold the Contractor in default. Government Furnished Property Customer location facilities personnel will be responsible for running proper utilities and making final utility connections to all equipment as well as removal of any existing equipment if need be. Inspection/Acceptance All equipment will be inspected after uncrating and prior to being connected. Upon delivery and assembly, the [Helen Kane/Natalie Roberts-Moore] will perform the inspection. This inspection will ensure that all equipment/supplies are accounted for in the delivery and that there are no discrepancies with the delivered items. Any damaged items identified during the inspection will not be accepted.
