Specifications include, but are not limited to: The overall project will have to be constructed utilizing a multi-phased approach to allow the Control Room to maintain operation. This objective will require the temporary relocation of various components throughout the construction to allow for continued progress. This undertaking will ultimately require significant coordination between the owner, contractor, and Design Team throughout construction to assure it occurs as effectively as possible. The final project results in segregating the Electronics Room from the remaining space to meet the NERC-CIP requirements through the construction of a new 2-hr fire rated partition. a. This partition results in the temporary removal of ceiling tile, mechanical diffusers, and lighting to allow for construction of the wall. b. Existing ductwork will be relocated as well. c. A new access controlled door will be provided.
