The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, NY intends to issue solicitation 15B21123Q00000089, for the acquisition of dairy items for delivery to the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, Otisville, NY. The acquisition is unrestricted. Terms are FOB Destination with weekly delivery REQUIRED during the months of July, August, Sept., 2023. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single award or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government.
