Specifications include, but are not limited to: he Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) owner and operator of the Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BNIA), invites interested Consulting Teams to submit a technical proposal from firms that have the requisite, demonstrable competence, and experience in architectural and engineering services for the design, construction monitoring, and design support services during construction for the planned passenger bridges replacement for the Project entitled “BNIA – PASSENGER BOARDING BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM”. Qualified firms both singly or in teams must have the requisite, demonstrated competence and experience in and a thorough knowledge of the required architectural and engineering services required for the Project.
