The City of Ithaca (hereinafter the “City”) is conducting a sealed bid sale of municipally owned property and accepting bids until 2 P.M., Thursday, April 10, 2025. The parcel offered for sale is located at 309 College Avenue, Ithaca, NY (hereinafter the “Property”). A 2024 sealed bid offering resulted in no qualified bids received. This offering has modified the minimum bid, earnest money deposit and the timeframe for closing on the property conveyance. The Property is rectangular in shape with approximately 60 feet of street frontage on College Avenue and 141 feet of lot depth. The Property is approximately 8,668 square feet in size. The fire station building is approximately 9,600 square feet in size. The Property is serviced with municipal water, sewer, and stormwater utilities as well as electric and gas service from NYSEG.
