Understructure Long Sill- 6” x 2” x ¼” structural tubing 9. Understructure Cross Members- 3” structural channel on 16” centers, each cross member gusseted and welded to the long sills 10. Front Hook Plate- ¾” plate with 1 ¼” hook through plate 11. Side Braces: 12 ga. 3 1/8” x 5 ½” formed 36” centers 12. Ground Rollers: Two rear rollers 8 5/8” OD x 8” long with grease fittings and two front rollers 8 5/8” OD x 6” long with grease fittings. 13. Door: 12 ga. HRS skin with 4” x 3” x 1/8” structural tube frame. 14. Door Hinges: Two pipe hinges with grease fittings 15. Door Latches: Two vertical style slam lock latches 16. Door Retaining Device: 3/8” chain retainer & bracket on side to secure door in open position. 17. Front Uprights: 4” x 2” x 3/16” rectangular tubing 18. Doghouse: 7-ga. plate scow type (for outside rail understructure) 19. Rub Rail: 3” structural channel with legs facing out 20. Rail Roller- Casting with 1 ½” rolled shaft and 1/8” zerk. (4” OD x 4 ½” long) 21. Corner Caps: 10 ga. Formed 22. Cable Hook: 1 ¼” solid steel 23. Nose Cone: 1 ¼” solid steel 24.
