At 2106 Van Vranken Avenue, Habitat is soliciting bids for Insulation, Dry-wall Taping, and Seamless Gutters. At 2133 Van Vranken Avenue, Habitat is soliciting bids for Insulation, Drywall Taping, and Refinishing Hardwood Flooring. At 323 Schenectady Street, Habitat is solicit- ing bids for Plumbing, Drywall Taping, and Seamless Gutters. Bids will be accepted at their offices located at 115 North Broadway, Schenectady, NY until 9:00 AM on Friday, June 27, 2014. The public bid opening will be held that day at 11:00 AM at the Habitat offices. Habitat for Humanity of Schenectady County, Inc. is the Developer/Builder for these projects, and will act as General Contractor, and as such, is re- questing bids.
