The selected firm shall produce a Bid Document Set (Plans and Specifications) that is satisfactory and complete for publication and potential procurement of a competitive bid to the Town under New York State guidelines. The package must include detailed performance standards and materials, applicable detail drawings, and labor specifications for proper repair of all specified walls in accordance with the report by Bero Architecture. The proposing firm should conduct a site visit to all wall locations prior to preparation of the bid package. The firm is to verify that existing wall conditions have not changed significantly and the general current conditions meet the descriptions indicated in the Bero Architecture report. Within 30 days of the award of the contract, the selected firm shall provide a memorandum to the Town with updated wall conditions, additional repair/restoration recommendations, and cost estimates (as applicable) if any further work isrecommended at that time.
