The Venue must: • Have adequate space to conduct the leadership conference. • Have a minimum of three (3) separate meeting rooms for breakout sessions, each with the capability of holding 110 attendees. • Have exhibit space, including exhibit tables and chairs to accommodate a minimum of 25 vendor tables. • Provide a registration area. • Include complimentary Wi-Fi for guests and conference attendees. • Provide Lodging during the first and second nights of the conference for up to 250 rooms for overnight guests to be billed separately to each individual at NYS Travel Rates. • Include state of the art audio visual equipment and onsite technical support. • Include a dedicated Conference Service Manager to work with OPRHP in planning details of the event. • Include free parking to accommodate attendees as well as overnight guests. • Include all meals as described below, including catering and wait staff.
