Specifications include, but are not limited to: Broome DDSOO (hereinafter “OPWDD”) seeks a Treatment Provider who is a Psychiatrist or a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, providing on-site and telehealth (from the work location listed below) psychiatric care and consultative services for Individuals with developmental disabilities to provide eight (8) hours of Psychiatric Services every Monday, excluding NYS recognized holidays, for Individuals at the OPWDD Article 16 Clinic located at 119 Kemper Lane, Norwich, NY 13815 in Chenango County under the direction and supervision of the OPWDD and Article 16 Clinic Medical Director or their designee. The caseload may vary depending upon a variety of factors such as service provider availability and incoming referrals received. OPWDD will provide the Treatment Provider with a schedule one week in advance. This schedule is subject to change due to emergency situations.
