Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.5 Main Meeting Room The facility must include one (1) Main Meeting Room. Set-up requirements include: • Wi- Fi access must be provided, free of charge. • The conference room will be made available no later than 5:00PM on Sunday for instructor set-up. • Access must be unrestricted. • The meeting room will be set up classroom style with rectangular conference tables to accommodate up to 65 attendees. • Each table will be skirted and will have a minimum length of 3’ per student (for example one 9-foot table can seat three students, one 6-foot table can seat two students). • A separate table in the front and back of the classroom for instructors. • Room must have adjustable heating and air conditioning. • Freshly Brewed Coffee (regular and decaf), Tea and Water must be available during training. 2.6 Break Area The facility must include one (1) break area to be set up for breaks, separate from the registration area, and main meeting room, but within proximity of the main meeting room. 2.7 Registration Area The facility must include one (1) centrally located main registration area. The registration area must: • be set up by 4:00 PM on Sunday afternoon through 8:00 AM Monday morning. • be conveniently located in the vicinity of the lobby. • be set up to register conference attendees, including one eight-foot skirted table, (2) chairs, and electrical outlets
