Specifications include, but are not limited to: Spring Cleanup- Electric Power Plant #1/Sunrise Hwy Substation 4F Removal of leaves, twigs and other debris in shrub beds and on lawn areas, plus power rake of lawn and seeding of all bare areas.; Weekly Service- Electric Power Plant #1/Sunrise Highway Substation 4F To include the mowing of lawn areas from April 16-November 16 or as directed by the Superintendent. Edging along all planting beds, concrete walls and curbs. Cleaning and turning of all beds on Sunrise Highway and throughout property. Trimming of all hedges and shrubs once per month to be included in price.; Fall Cleaning- Electric Power Plant #1/Sunrise Highway Substation 4F Removal of leaves, twigs and other debris in shrub beds and on lawn areas after November 16 or as directed by the Superintendent.; Spring Cleanup- Electric Power Plant #2 Removal of leaves, twigs and other debris in shrub beds and on lawn areas, plus power rake of lawn and seeding of all bare areas.
