The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) oversees the Central New York Developmental Disabilities State Operations Office (DDSOO) and requires a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial services at the Cayuga County Office located at 7353 Owasco Rd., Auburn, NY. The facility incorporates approximately 4800 square feet of used space, including offices, corridors, halls, lobbies, reception areas, restrooms, and kitchen areas. Please see Exhibit A – Cayuga Office for a floor plan. The Contractor must, during the term of the Agreement, perform all janitorial services described and specified in this Scope of Work. The janitorial services described and specified shall be performed after 5:00pm, five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, excluding the following State observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day Observation (Monday), Washington's Birthday Observation (Monday), Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day Observation, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
