Renovations will be undertaken at Spry Middle School, Thomas High School, Willink Middle School, Schroeder High School, and Plank Road North Elementary. The scope of work includes entrance upgrades, construction of ADA-compliant ramps, and replacement of sidewalks, roofs, and select structural components. Systems improvements consist of fire alarm, public address, and sound system upgrades, along with data closet enhancements. Interior work includes restroom and classroom renovations, ceiling and lighting replacement, interior door replacement, and the replacement of air handling units, condensing units, panelboards, and related mechanical equipment. Exterior site work encompasses track replacement, installation of new synthetic turf and scoreboard, new exterior digital signage, and the addition of an emergency generator.
