Specifications include, but are not limited to: Automatic 4 Inch Service with On‐Call Privileges: Clearing services shall commence automatically at the accumulation of 4 inches at the contracted site, however, the House Manager has the right to call for additional service as deemed necessary for safety concerns. Each time the contractor deploys and provides a service, it is considered an “event”. For example, a storm delivers 14 inches of snow to a location which requires a property to be plowed and blown/shoveled 3 times separately, that would be considered 3 plowing events and 3 blowing/shoveling events. If salt/sand/calcium chloride is applied only after the final plow/blow/shovel, then it would be considered 3 plowing events, 3 blowing/shoveling events, and 1 salt/sand/calcium chloride application event. Service shall be furnished 7 days a week. Work shall be continuous until all plowing/blowing and clearing has been completed. Subsequent daily plowing is required to ensure that all areas are clear of accumulation/drifting at 2:30PM. Subsequent daily plowing is required between 3:00PM and 11:00PM. Snow shall be moved to a storage area designated by the House Manager. All driveways and parking areas shall be accessible by 6:30AM every day. Vendor must call house 30 minutes prior to expected arrival in order to allow staff adequate time to clear and move vehicles parked in snow removal areas
