A. On-site survey, inspection, evaluation, sample collection and quantification of suspected asbestos-containing material (ACM). a. The survey shall be performed in conformance with all the requirements of Part 56 of Title 12 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York, Asbestos. B. Provide the Town with an environmental report which meets industry standards and include the following: a. Results of a pre- demolition asbestos inspection and building materials survey which satisfies the requirements of the United States Environmental Protection Agency's National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants. The inspection survey should be conducted in a manner sufficient to identify all suspected asbestos containing materials. b. Recommendations and cost estimates for any necessary abatement work or further testing prior to demolition c. Provide one (1) PDF copy of the final report to the Town of Brighton
