Camera Unit? High-resolution Side-facing Camera. This camera shall have a resolution of 12MPixels or better, focused on the bore surface with a surface field of view of approximately 30 degrees, with adjustable resolution for still images and video. The camera should support 1080p video at 11 frames per second, and full resolution at 6 frames per second. The radial focus range should be at least 3.05 to 3.25 inches (77.5 - 82.5mm)? Down-bore Camera. This camera shall have a resolution of 5MPixels or better, imaging the bore of the tube. The camera should support 1080p video at 52 frames per second and full resolution at 22 frames per second, with a fixed focus and field of view of at least 120 degrees, depending on the lens selected. The lens shall be selected with customer input.? Scanner body. The scanners shall contain a 360� rotating module that contains both cameras. Continuous rotation is not required. ? Centering. The scanner body shall have centering feet for a 155mm bore, to ensure adequate centering of the camera to the side camera in focus throughout the rotation.? Lighting. The scanner body shall include LED lighting that provides visibility of the sidewall for both cameras. The lighting control shall be user-controlled and also turn on automatically during photos or videos.? Camera Connectivity. The Camera Unit shall allow the user to switch the real-time view between the two cameras. ? Temperature. The operating temperature range should be from 0 to 50�C? Cable. The system shall be the same custom cable that connects the self-propelled sensor delivery unit to existing government-owned LP-6000 data acquisition instrument, with a 48V PoE power supply.The 155mm Self-Propelled Delivery Unit shall be the same current owned specification of 155mm LBIS, LVDT, AND VBIS as required to support the LCCS, while maintaining support for existing BEMIS laser profiling equipment.
