Contract No. 1 – General Rehabilitation – Base Bid 127 Main Street, Tupper Lake NY 12986 – Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include :Electric – Replace Circuits and Outlets as identified in pre bid meeting, mount an electrical box in back yard, Furnish & Install 4 10-foot electric baseboard units in basement, remove insulation and install closed cell spray foam on rim joist in basement, furnish & install 5 inches of blown insulation over existing in attic, fourteen (14) vinyl replacement windows, three (3) exterior doors, remove tub shower units in main bathroom, furnish & install bathtub and new flooring, repair bathtub drain in master bathroom and new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors.
