This reissued for bid scope of work provides guidance for completion of remaining work in the original project design, plus the new stormwater work after project suspension. Project Description: The project will develop a 3-1/2-acre parcel into two parking Lots. Parking lot one will be developed into a 100 parking space multipurpose lot serving both airport and NFTA Metro patrons by providing a parking lot that offers: • Park & Ride • Cell Phone Waiting • TNC Waiting Area (Lyft/Uber) • Metro Bus Stop Parking lot two will be developed into a 297 parking space Airport Employee lot. This lot will be secured by access-controlled barrier arms and monitored by video surveillance. The lot will include two waiting shelters. Note: Final parking space counts may vary based on constraints identified during design and construction.
