SMHA will receive sealed bids for Vehicle-Truck. Each bid must be marked “Sealed Bid, Truck IFB, Project Number 2022-01”. Bids must be delivered via mail or in person at: SMHA, attn.: Steve Tama, 375 Broadway, Schenectady, NY 12305. Bids will be accepted until March 16, 2022, at 1:30 pm, Due to the pandemic, bids will be opened and read aloud via virtual meeting only. To attend the bid opening please email Stama@smha1.org and you will be sent instructions on how to attend. The intent of this Invitation for Bids is to award the bid to a responsible and responsive bidder whose bid, conforming to all the material terms and conditions of the Invitation for Bids (IFB), is the lowest price.
Primary use of the truck will be transportation and salting.
