Broadway, Schenectady NY 12305. It is the responsibility of the bidder to acquaint
themselves with the conditions under which the work shall be executed. Failure to attend will in no
way relieve the contractor of any responsibility imposed by the restrictions of each
location. Authority personnel will lead the meeting/walk-through; it will include five
developments so anticipate a couple hours and provide your own transportation.
