Pursuant to the provisions of Section 4406 & 4410 of the Education Laws of 1989, section 236 of the Family Court Act, and other applicable acts and amendments, Saratoga County requires transportation for certain Children with Special Needs who are receiving services in connection with the County’s Preschool and Early Intervention Programs. These children will be ages 0-5.
By these specifications, 25-RFP-DOHTCSN-1, it is the intent of Saratoga County, through its Purchasing Department, to secure proposals for the Transportation of Saratoga County Children with Special Needs. Sealed, proposals will be received until 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 1, 2025.
