Saratoga County is seeking qualified providers to deliver comprehensive child welfare preventive services to youth within the Raise the Age population, ages 16-17, as part of New York State’s initiative to reform juvenile justice and enhance community-based support. The goal is to prevent unnecessary entry into the juvenile justice system by providing targeted, culturally competent, and trauma-informed interventions that support youth and their families in achieving stability, safety, and positive developmental outcomes.
