The Board of Education of the Rye Neck Union Free School District hereby invites the submission of sealed bids from reputable and qualified contractors for the provision of labor and materials for Annual Rigging Inspections and Related Rigging Maintenance Services. Forms for proposal, certification, conditions, specifications and bid documents may be obtained at the Rye Neck UFSD Administration Office located at 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543 or on www.bidnetdirect.com.
In all cases, it must be understood that the conditions and specifications of the Rye Neck UFSD shall apply. Sealed bids must be marked “Bid for Performing Arts Center Annual Rigging Inspection and Maintenance Services”, and will be received until 11:00AM on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at the Rye Neck UFSD Administration Office located at 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. All bids should be addressed to Ms. Carolyn Mahar, Assistant Superintendent for Business and Finance.
The Board of Education reserves the right to consider financial responsibility, experience, service and reputation of the bidding firms, as well as the specific qualification of the prospective bidder that may be set out herein, in considering proposals and awarding the contract. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
