Important Note to Vendors:
This request for quote is for fresh meats, poultry, cheese and specialty game to be utilized in our hospitality cooking classes during Sept 2012 - May 2013 school year. Delivery will be on an as needed basis and will depend on the curriculum being taught that week. Deliveries must be made on Mondays between 8am and 1 pm. Additional deliveries may be required for special events. The quantities requested are a best estimate of the amount needed for the entire school year.
