Interested Bidders shall meet promptly at the Courthouse located at 80 Second Street, Troy, NY 12180. Attendance will be recorded, any Bidder that has submitted a Bid and has not attended the Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Inspection will not be considered for this contract.
