Materials provided shall be as described in the applicable portions of Section 400, and Section 402, of the NYSDOT “STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS (US Customary Units), Construction and Materials” dated September 1, 2022 and Section 404 of the NYSDOT “STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS (US Customary Units), Construction and Materials”, dated January 1, 2022 with most current addenda. Materials provided shall conform to the parameters defined in Table 401-1, COMPOSITION OF BITUMINOUS PLANT MIXTURES. Provisions of this Section relating to materials handling, processing and quality apply. All bidders must supply materials from NYSDOT approved plants. All materials provided must be in compliance with the above-mentioned specifications.
