Rensselaer County Requests Proposals from Engineering Firms for Services related to the Engineering, Design and Construction Support Services for site planning and building design for the construction of a satellite highway maintenance facility/garage in the town of Grafton.

The Rensselaer County Bureau of Central Services will be conducting a MANDATORY site visit walk-thru on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Richmond Road site in the Town of Grafton. Attendance will be recorded. Directions to the site may be obtained by contacting James R. Gordon, Director at (518) 270-2641 PRIOR to February 10, 2023.

If you are interested in pursuing this project please submit five (5) copies of your proposal to the Rensselaer County Bureau of Central Services, 99 Troy Road, 4th Floor, East Greenbush, New York 12061 no later than Noon (12:00 P.M.) on Friday, March 3, 2023. Proposals shall consist of no more than ten (10) typewritten, single-sided pages including the design fee estimate.
