New Roof for Weinberg Lodge
Contractor to furnish all labor and materials for work .
Specifications:
- Remove existing roofing down to wood decking from sloped roof areas.
- Replace any deteriorated plywood .
- Replace any deteriorated fascia.
- Install ice and water barrier 6 ft. up on eave edges and valley areas.
- Install synthetic underlayment on the remainder of roof areas.
- Install new brown wide faced premium drip edge on all exposed edges.
- Install starter shingle along eve edges and up rakes.
- Install GAF Timberline HDZ or Owens Corning Duration architectural roofing shingles.
- Install new neoprene vent pipe flashing and new aluminum chimney flashing.
- Open ridge and install ridge venting system.
- Cap ridge over with matching hip and ridge shingles.
- Remove all construction debris and materials

Option1: leave exisiting master fram/nail in place. Leave interior trim in place. Remove window sashes, jambliners and apply a new exterior trim stop within face of frame.  Install new windows from the exterior. Seal at existing interior trim stops. Camp new exterior trim stops and face of master frames in bronze aluminum trim coil.  Seal and silcone. No painting required.

Option 2 Saw sut siding to the romve nail flanges and frames. Remvoe interior trim from walls install entire new constructionwindows as first option. Re-Trim interiors and apply new exterior casings and cap.

Remove all old windows and job related debris from site.
