Oswego County is soliciting proposals from Planning and Housing Consultants to analyze existing MHP windshield and questionnaires and provide an analysis of the existing MHP housing stock.
Oswego County is the recipient of a $50,000, NYS CDBG Planning Grant to develop a Manufactured Housing Community Inventory and Study that will be used to apply for NYS HCR and HUD grants. Oswego County encourages MWBE – Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise and SDVOB – Service -Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses to apply.
