The College aka SUNY Orange is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call mechanical maintenance including new installations, HVAC maintenance, repair services or emergency services at either campus, in Middletown or Newburgh. The requested services will be utilized on various mechanical systems throughout the College. The selected firms are to be available on an “on call” basis as work arises. Repair HVAC equipment, including but not limited to the following : Boilers, packaged RTU's, split systems, uni-vents, water source heat pumps, walk in refrigerators/freezers, cooling towers, mechanical/pneumatic valves and refrigerant leak checking, recovery and replacement. Award may be to multiple vendors.
