The intention of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of a responsive and responsible firm/agency to provide SUNY Orange/Orange County Community College/The College with a firm who will work with our marketing team and graphic design consultant to print and install a vinyl wrap our SUNY Orange Shuttle Bus. The bus will be a white school bus. SUNY Orange’s colors are Blue and Orange. The wrap will be a full wrap and its base color could be white, blue or orange, or some combination thereof.
The information provided in the RFP is intended to assist interested parties in the preparation of their proposals. This information is not intended to limit a proposal’s content or exclude any relevant or essential data.
The College has an awarded vendor to design the bus wrap. The dimensions are included in this Request for Information. The bus needs to be wrapped, ready to transport students by mid-August 2025. Wrap material must be 3M or approved equal. Installation and material must be warrantied for at least three years. This wrap is to be durable, sustain the extreme changes in temperature, daily washing, rain, snow, sleet and sun.
