The intent of this Invitation for Bid is for the County of Ontario, New York to obtain firm fixed pricing from contractors/vendors to provide automatic car wash services for county-owned sedans, SUV’s, vans and pickup trucks that will fit through the vendor’s automatic car wash. Due to the various locations of County vehicles, the County intends to award a contract or contracts to cover the following five (5) general areas of Ontario County: Victor, Naples, Honeoye, Geneva and Canandaigua. Preference will be given to vendors with facilities serving multiple locations, however vendors with a single location or locations covering a single area may also bid. This bid will be awarded based on the Best Value to the County.
