Description

Ontario County is seeking sealed bids for Vehicle Filters for use by the Fleet Department. The County purchases filters throughout the year.
Vendors shall bid on the individual items listed on the bid and shall also bid a single discount off manufacturer’s retail price which shall be used for any additional filters not listed on the bid. All deliveries are to be made F.O.B. ordering department or agency receiving room within the time frame specified in the bid. All products are to be packed in the original packaging and shall meet all state and federal laws for packaging. The vendor(s) awarded the contract(s) agrees to deliver to all locations a minimum of 5 times a week.
