B22056 - On-Demand Roof Repairs and Replacements

Periodically, the County of Ontario has need for roof repairs and replacements for the various County buildings.   These projects do not fall within the bidding limits as set by New York State General Municipal Law 103.  Any contract (s) awarded as a result of this bid may be utilized for projects where the total project cost does not exceed $30,000.  Larger projects will be bid or quoted separately.  Typically, these small roof jobs tend to be of a short timeframe.   In an effort to comply with the Ontario County Purchasing Procedures Manual, NYS General Municipal Law 104b and meet the needs of the municipality, the County will award this bid to one or more contractors able to complete these aforementioned projects on an as needed basis.
